Supply Replenishment
We handle restocking your home with the essentials that guests expect such as shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, cooking essentials, and coffee.
Professional Photography
The success of a VR listing can vary greatly depending on the photos that are shown. If you have high quality photos, great we will use those! If not, we got you covered.
Transparent Management
We have a clear and competitive pricing policy. You’ll get 80% of the revenue generated. The cleaning fee is paid for by the guest. We do not take a commission on the cleaning. We don’t have a minimum term of engagement.

Who is your service for?
Cabobnb was built for people who own a property that’s left unoccupied all or part of the year. Accommodations must be well-located and fulfill the requirements of a short-term rental by being in good condition, compliant with current regulations, and fully equipped and furnished.
How do you decide my property rental fee?
Your property rental fee depends on its size, location, and availability. With our expertise and experience, we aim to determine the right price. Moreover, rental rates are updated daily according to the season, occupancy rates, and local events.
What cities does Cabobnb operate in?
We currently manage properties in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo but we are looking to expand to Todos Santos and the East Cape in the near future.
What languages will my listings be posted in?
Your listings will be posted in both Spanish and English on Airbnb.
How long does it take to get setup?
This depends on how ready your property is for short term letting. If it is already furnished we will be ready to go in a few days once we have inspected your property, taken photos, created the house manual and prepared all consumables for your first guests.
How do I get paid?
We generate a report at the beginning of each month for the previous month. June is paid at the start of July and July at the start of August and so on.
What is included in your service?
Cabobnb will help create your Airbnb property profile, shoot professional photography, communicate with guests throughout their stay, clean your home, and restock basic necessities (soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies). We also coordinate key handoffs and provide concierge services for your guests.
What if my property isn’t set up to have guests yet?
Cabobnb specializes in bringing homes into the sharing economy that otherwise wouldn’t or couldn’t be there. Let a Property Specialist know about your particular situation and we will work to meet your needs. We can coordinate everything from interior design to handy man services that will turn your empty apartment into a fully furnished and ready to list home.
What if I want to use my property for myself or my friends occasionally?
Working with Cabobnb means that you can continue to use your home when you need to. You will simply contact our Operations team to have the property set aside for your use.
what are the main differences between Cabobnb and traditional property managers?
Cabobnb is a team of actual vacation rental owners/hosts who have consistently been awarded Super Host status since we began hosting. We’re sure we’ll get YOU the Super Host status in no time too!
Is there an exclusivity agreement with you?
We do request exclusivity for the management of your property to ensure we don’t have to face duplicate bookings which is highly penalized by most booking platforms, including Airbnb. But don’t worry, you can use your property whenever you want (as long as the dates are not already booked by a guest!).
Who takes care of my lawn, my pool, etc.?
We are happy to schedule a regular lawn or pool service, but most owners already have this in place and continue to use their preferred vendor. We require that all owners have repeat services in place. Owners typically pay these fees directly to their contractors, along with utilities, internet, and TV. We can set up recurring services for you, and the bills for the service will be sent directly to you.
